My career began in 2007 with a B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Science), where I learned about human physiology, movement patterns, and response to appropriately applied stress. Since then, I’ve helped countless women rebuild their health by strengthening their bodies, improving their habits, and creating sustainable wellness routines. I have since learned how the body thrives through alignment, rhythm, and intentional practice.
